By accessing or using StonkWhisper (the “Service”), operated by Guerilla Finance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StonkWhisper is a financial sentiment analysis platform that aggregates publicly available data from social media, news sources, and government filings to generate sentiment indicators for publicly traded securities. The Service provides information for educational and research purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

All data, scores, indices, and analysis provided by StonkWhisper are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Guerilla Finance is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

StonkWhisper offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Data Sources and Accuracy

StonkWhisper aggregates data from publicly available sources including social media, news outlets, and government STOCK Act filings. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or systematically extract data beyond normal usage; attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls; redistribute data for commercial purposes; use the Service to manipulate markets; or interfere with the operation of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the property of Guerilla Finance. The Whisper Index methodology and scoring algorithms are proprietary.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUERILLA FINANCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
