StonkWhisper is a product of Guerilla Finance. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the StonkWhisper platform at stonkwhisper.com (the “Service”).

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through our third-party authentication provider (Supabase). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including tickers you view, watchlist selections, and feature interactions.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to StonkWhisper Pro, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.

Automatically Collected Data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Service, process transactions, send service-related communications, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), and DigitalOcean (hosting infrastructure). We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to persist your preferences and session data. We use cookies only as required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may delete your account at any time.

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
